Kristin Martin

Kristin, the owner of Lane Extended and Lane Salon, has been a hairstylist and extension specialist for over 18 years. Throughout her styling career, she has worked with fusion/keratin tips, i-tips, tape-ins, and hand-tied extensions. She has specialized in hand-tied extensions and only takes hand-tied extension clients behind the chair. Besides working as a hairstylist, Kristin has also served as an educator for a well-known extension company.

 

After studying many different hand-tied extension methods, Kristin and her team have developed their approach that they believe truly works. They aim to share their knowledge with other stylists to improve the industry in an inclusive environment where stylists can share each other's success and grow together.

Destyne Cresong

Destyne is a lead educator and the right-hand person to Kristin. She has been working in the hair industry for 6 years. Right after finishing school, Destyne took her first extension class and has been passionate about it ever since. She is certified in three different hand-tied methods and has discovered what works best for her and her clients in order to create a seamless extension blend. Destyne is eager to share tips and tricks with stylists that she has learned through her own experiences. She believes that the little, often overlooked, details are what make everything perfect.
