Lost Packages & Accuracy
Lane Extended is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or conditions outside of our control.
Return & Refund Policy
Hair Extensions & Tools
Returns are accepted for unopened, unused hair extensions within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are offered on worn, altered, or tampered hair. All returns undergo an inspection process before store credit or exchanges are issued.
Education Products
Digital education products are generally non-refundable once accessed. However, Lane Extended reviews requests on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately to start a resolution.
